Bots are not counted. ## Frequently asked questions about the Notification Center ### Does it work with my theme? Yes, as a rule. The bell sits in the header next to account and cart. If a theme offers no space there, a floating button appears in the corner automatically and moves out of the way of other buttons. ### Do I need a Shopware promotion for vouchers? No. You can pick an existing promotion with a fixed or individual code. Or you create the discount right on the card: voucher code, percentage or fixed amount, minimum order value and, if you like, once per customer only. ### How does the customer get the newsletter code? They subscribe in the card and confirm the email as usual. After that the card shows the code, and the plugin also sends it by email, even if the confirmation happens on another device. ### What happens with an empty cart? A code redeemed while the cart is empty is noted and applied automatically as soon as the first item is in the cart. ### What do the statistics count, and is it privacy compliant? They count panel openings, views, clicks, copied codes, codes redeemed directly, newsletter sign-ups as well as orders and revenue per card. No personal data is stored. If you like, the plugin only counts after consent in the cookie banner, where the matching entry appears automatically. ### Do I need my own key for the AI texts? Not necessarily. You can enter a key from Google, OpenAI, Anthropic or Mistral.
