One text per payment method
Bank details for prepayment, payment terms for purchase on account, a free note for everything else. Bold text, lists and line breaks are kept on the document.

Prepayment, purchase on account or PayPal Pay Upon Invoice need more on the document than the name of the payment method. With this plugin you store an individual text per payment method that appears directly below the selected payment method - with bank details, payment terms and the data of each order.

What the plugin doesNew
The note sits where customers look.
Shopware only prints the name of the payment method on the invoice. What the customer should do next is at best in the general additional text for all orders. The plugin places an individual text for each payment method directly below the selected payment method and fills it with the order data.
Invoice, delivery note, credit note, cancellation
The invoice is the basis. Delivery note, credit note and cancellation invoice use its text or get their own, and each document type can be switched on or off individually.
Texts for every scope
Different texts can be set for individual sales channels and languages. Without an own value the parent scope applies, so you only maintain what is really different.
With the order data
Order number, amounts, customer data, document number, payment due date and the bank data from the document settings are filled in automatically when the document is created.
Ratepay data taken over directly
Bank, IBAN, account holder, payment reference and due date come from the payment of the order. The PayPal default block can be hidden for this.
See it before saving
The preview shows the text as it appears on the document, with the data of the latest order with this payment method or an order number of your choice.

What it is for
Fewer questions, paid faster.
An invoice that states where and by when to pay gets paid faster and correctly. Without that information you get questions, wrong payment references and payments that cannot be matched.
Bank details with payment reference
IBAN, BIC and bank come from the document settings, the order number as payment reference from the order. The customer transfers correctly and you find the payment right away.
A due date with an actual date
Instead of "payable within 14 days" the document shows a specific date, calculated from the document date. The payment due date from the document settings is available as a placeholder too.
Mandatory details in your own layout
The note on the assignment to Ratepay and the bank data of the payment sit in your own text, matching the rest of the document, instead of the fixed default block.

The plugin has its own area under Stone & Water with two tabs: payment methods for the texts, settings for position and appearance on the document.
Three places on the document
Directly below the payment method, after the shipping method before the additional text, or after the whole block, also after the additional text from the snippets.
Started with one click
Ready-made templates for bank transfer and for PayPal Pay Upon Invoice with the assignment note for Ratepay can be inserted and then adjusted.
Inserted with a click
The placeholders are grouped by order, customer, document, shop and bank, PayPal Pay Upon Invoice and more, and land at the cursor position in the text.
Matching the document
Background and text colour, border with width, colour and corner radius, font size, line height and alignment of the text block.
Outside and inside
Margin and padding per side in pixels, so the text block fits neatly into the layout of the document.
For special cases
Additional CSS rules are inserted into the head of the document. The text block has the class staw-payment-info.

Technical details
Clean Shopware integration.
The plugin extends the Shopware document template at the right places and leaves the rest of the document unchanged.
Shopware 6.6 and 6.7
Runs with Shopware 6.6 and 6.7. No theme build is needed, the output applies whenever a document is created.
Basis and deviations
Texts and switches apply first to all sales channels and languages. Scopes with own values are marked in the selection, one click inherits the value again.
Sanitised HTML
The text is sanitised before output, only formatting such as bold, lists, tables and links is kept. Placeholder values are inserted escaped.
No text gets lost
If you switch off the display for a document type or payment method, the text is kept. It appears again as soon as the switch is on.
Your own data too
Custom fields of the order and of the payment can be used as placeholders by their technical name, for example for data from other payment providers.

The Plugin Suite installs and updates the plugin with one click, without SSH and without a detour through a marketplace.

Payment methods, document types and purchase.
For which payment methods can I store a text?
For all payment methods set up in Shopware. Inactive payment methods can be shown in the overview, payment methods not assigned to the selected sales channel are marked.
Does the text also appear on delivery notes, credit notes and cancellations?
If you want, yes. The invoice is the basis. For delivery note, credit note and cancellation invoice the display is off at first and can be switched on per payment method, with the invoice text or an own one.
What does Payment information on PDF documents cost?
Buying directly costs 9.99 euros net per month or 101.90 euros net per year. Paying yearly saves 15 percent. All prices are net and exclude VAT.
Where does the PayPal Pay Upon Invoice data come from?
Bank, IBAN, BIC, account holder, payment reference and due date come from the payment of the order that PayPal provides through Ratepay. PayPal delivers them once the payment is completed.
Can I use different texts per sales channel and language?
Yes. Texts and switches can be set for individual sales channels and languages. Without an own value the parent scope applies, the basis is "All sales channels" and "All languages".
