From installation to the finished landing page: set the URL pattern, redirect the logo, choose the contents, enable the overview page and get the pages into the sitemap.xml.
Shopware 6.7 with Storefront, PHP 8.2 or newer. The plugin adds its own routes and templates and needs no theme build. No further extensions are required for the manufacturer pages or the overview.
Upload the ZIP in the Shopware admin under Extensions, My Extensions, Upload extension, then install and activate it. SSH access is not required.
After activation the plugin generates the SEO URLs for all manufacturers. With very large catalogues this can take a moment.
The settings live in the admin under Stone & Water, Manufacturer pages. Pick the sales channel at the top; below that you find the sections for linking, page and visibility, the URL of the manufacturer page and the manufacturer list.
The pattern defines how the address of a manufacturer page is built. It is a Twig pattern, typically manufacturer/ followed by the placeholder for the manufacturer name. Below the field a preview shows the result with a neutral example name.
Quick templates set common variants with one click. After saving, all SEO URLs are rebuilt automatically; there is also a "Regenerate SEO URLs" button.
If a brand needs a different address than the general pattern, enter the path directly in the manufacturer list under "Custom path". Alternatively the field "Custom path of the manufacturer page" is available on the manufacturer itself.
Entries are normalised to URL-safe characters when saving, while slashes are kept as separators. A custom path applies across all channels, whereas the pattern can differ per channel.
Under "Target of the manufacturer logo" you decide where the logo in the top right of the product detail page leads: to the internal manufacturer page or, as in the Shopware standard, to the external manufacturer website.
In addition a text link "All articles by ..." can be shown below the logo. That is useful when the logo should still point outwards.
Every element of the page can be switched on or off individually: breadcrumb, logo, headline, description, link to the manufacturer website, article count and filters.
The headline is either "Products by name" or the plain brand name. The description appears above or below the products - below has the advantage that the articles are visible right away while the text still lives on the page.
Product tiles come in three variants: standard, reduced without a button, or image only. For images you can choose standard, filling or fully visible.
The number of articles per page can be set; without a value the Shopware listing settings apply. Sorting and filters can be switched off independently.
The overview is optional and then available at /manufacturer. It shows every manufacturer with logo and article count in uniform tiles.
For visitors searching for a brand rather than a category this is the natural entry point. Link the page in the footer or main navigation so it gets found.
The setting "Include manufacturer pages in the sitemap.xml" adds the pages to the sitemap. Only manufacturers with visible products are included - empty pages stay out.
The sitemap block catches errors and writes them to the log instead of letting the whole sitemap.xml fail.
Pick the sales channel in the header. With "All sales channels" the values apply generally. For a single channel you see per setting whether it is inherited or has its own values.
"Reset to default" discards the channel specific values; the channel then inherits from the general state again.
The manufacturer list shows the article count and the generated SEO URL per manufacturer. If it says "not generated yet", the address is missing - "Regenerate SEO URLs" helps.
If regeneration reports that not a single URL could be created, the URL pattern is wrong. Check that it contains the placeholder for the manufacturer name.
Questions and requests come straight to us - support is from the developer, not from a queue. You can also request a feature through the Plugin Suite in the admin.
