What the video shows.

  1. All payment methods of the shop in one list, per sales channel and language.
  2. A separate text per payment method, set separately for invoice, delivery note, credit note and cancellation.
  3. The ready-made bank transfer template in one click, with placeholders for amount, order number and IBAN.
  4. The preview fills the placeholders with real order data, including PayPal Pay Upon Invoice with Ratepay bank details.
  5. Choose the position on the document and hide the PayPal Pay Upon Invoice default block if you like.
  6. Set colours, border and font to match the document, with live preview and no custom document template.

Questions about the video.

Do I need a custom document template?

No. The text is added to the standard Shopware documents, without theme changes and without a custom template.

Can I use a different text per payment method?

Yes. Every payment method has its own text, optionally per sales channel, language and document type.

Where do IBAN and BIC come from?

From the Shopware document settings. The placeholders are filled with the data of the order when the document is created.
