What the video shows.

The overview lists all catalogues and price lists with status, page count and file size. A new catalogue starts with a name, style (B2B compact or B2C image-led), font and subtitle as well as sales channel, language and customer group for prices and texts.
Every chapter gets its own source: category, dynamic product group, preset, manufacturer, product search, content page or free text.
For each chapter you set the layout (2, 3 or 4 columns, list or price table), plus variants, sorting and which details appear in the tiles.
The AI designer turns a short briefing into a suggestion for style, colours, cover, chapters and texts. Nothing is applied until you click.
Cover image, chapter images and foreword can be created by AI.
The check shows products without image, price or text before the PDF is generated.
From the product list, "Catalogue from selection" creates a catalogue straight away. A price list is created the same way.
In the shop the catalogue gets its own page, the AI writes the SEO texts for it. Customers browse in its own viewer or download the PDF.

Questions about the video.

Do I need a layout program?

No. Texts, prices and images come straight from Shopware, the PIM generates the PDF itself.

Which prices appear in the catalogue?

Prices are calculated with the rules of the selected customer group. This way you can also create price lists for B2B customers.

Does the AI change anything without asking?

No. Suggestions from the AI designer are only applied when you click "Apply".

What does the add-on cost?

Catalogs is an add-on for PIM for Shopware: 29.99 EUR per month or 305.90 EUR per year, net. You can test it for free in the PIM first, the trial ends automatically.
